IT Director

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to join our team at Pure Technology. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading our technology function and driving our digital transformation strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee the entire technology function, including ERP, CRM, applications, networking, security, development, and support
* Develop and implement a strategic plan and roadmap for technology, with a substantial budget
* Work closely with the senior management team and board on commercial activities within and outside of technology and IT
* Manage third-party suppliers and agreements
* Lead a team of 8 and manage a range of projects
* Develop and implement crisis management planning and focus on security issues and threats

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in a broad range of IT disciplines, with a track record at SLT level or above
* Strong leadership skills, with experience in recruiting and developing a team in a growing business
* Ability to work at all levels, with a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills
* Ability to see the bigger picture and focus on commercial outcomes and investment in new and appropriate technologies
* Strong stakeholder management, with an approach to run a modern business-partnering tech function
