About the Role

Lanpro is a forward-thinking consultancy providing exceptional planning, design, and environmental services across the UK. We're seeking a commercially focused Associate Director to lead our planning projects and coordinate teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a leadership role on planning projects, coordinating and overseeing teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and excellence.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring effective utilization and delivery of project outcomes.
  • Perform complex technical and professional activities, ensuring compliance with SHEQ procedures.
Requirements
  • RTPI-accredited degree or Masters in a related discipline.
  • Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
  • Significant experience in the planning industry, including private sector experience and direct staff management.
