Job Title: Amazon Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing within the team
  • Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are consistently high
  • Support and lead a team, handle administrative work, and build a strong team culture
  • Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes
A Day in the Life:

You will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your days will include prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, as well as individual escalations, process improvement work, and wide-scale operational contingency planning.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree)
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
  • Experience in a logistical working environment
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
