Key Responsibilities- Assist with the management of the entire complex and supervision of all staff.
- Work a flexible shift pattern to provide management cover at all times.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing activities to promote and maximise income opportunities.
- Supervise all employees, including reception, bar, security staff, and referees, to ensure the highest standard of service is provided to customers and guests.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection of non-managerial staff.
- Ensure sound administration procedures are followed and that Company reporting procedures are followed at all times.
- Implement the Company Health & Safety policy and ensure that all key staff are trained in first-aid and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Attend weekly management meetings and chair occasional meetings with other designations of staff.
- Ensure all cash and stock reconciliation procedures are followed as dictated by Company policy.
- Maintain all facilities, fixtures, and fittings within the Club to a high standard internally and externally.
- Coordinate the ordering of stock/goods and services as required to ensure the club operates smoothly and effectively.
