Construction Project Manager - Data Centre Sector

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our award-winning fit out contractor in the Data Centre sector. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate with site management colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee all aspects of site management, including health and safety protocols
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients
  • Resolve any project-related issues or disputes promptly and effectively

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on data centre projects
  • Contract handling experience of £500K - £5M
  • Excellent organisational and team management skills
  • Good computer skills
