About the Role

We're seeking a confident and well-travelled individual who is passionate about travel and has a genuine enthusiasm for making their customers' booking journey seamless. As a Personal Travel Expert, you'll be responsible for creating and selling worldwide holidays, owning your customers' journey from start to finish, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and sell luxury holidays that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations
  • Build strong relationships with our specialist brands and third-party suppliers
  • Work towards monthly sales targets and contribute to the success of our retail team
  • Act as a concierge and point of contact for our customers, ensuring their booking experience is enjoyable and stress-free

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Passion and enthusiasm for travel, with first-hand experience of multiple long-haul destinations
  • Self-motivation and dedication to building a repeat customer base
  • Good knowledge of the travel industry and experience in selling and designing tailor-made holidays
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets
  • Ability to manage your time effectively and adapt to an ever-changing environment
