Travel Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Travel Specialist to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for selling bespoke and package holidays to a range of inspiring destinations, matching customer requirements and managing the booking journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored tours to meet client needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and reservations through various channels.
  • Maximize upselling opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional destination advice and guidance to customers.
  • Build and maintain a loyal customer base through regular contact and follow-ups.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and products.
  • Produce customer documents and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide out-of-hours support on a rotational basis.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales expertise and ability to achieve targets in a travel sales environment.
  • Knowledge of European destinations, preferably the Nordics.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated.
