- Maximize revenue opportunities by upselling ancillary products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide expert destination advice and guidance to customers throughout the booking process.
- Cross-sell and upsell across destinations to meet customers\u0027 evolving needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate production of customer documents and communication.
- Participate in out-of-hours phone coverage on a rotational basis.
- Proven sales expertise and ability to achieve targets in a travel sales environment.
- Knowledge of European destinations, with a focus on the Nordics (although not essential).
- Exceptional customer service and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload, ensuring seamless customer support throughout the booking journey.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven and self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Previous experience in reservations, travel consulting, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary range of £28,000 to £30,000, plus realistic commission of £7,000 to £10,000.
- Hybrid office/home-based role with 2 days in the office (after training).
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with occasional Saturdays on a rotational basis.
- Out-of-hours phone coverage on a rotational basis, with additional payment of £250 per week.
