Funding Data Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Funding Data Officer to join our dedicated team at Sandwell College. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of student data across the college.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with curriculum areas to ensure learner and course records are processed accurately and promptly.
- Manage the setup and maintenance of electronic timetables and registers throughout the year.
- Regularly perform data checks and corrections to ensure audit compliance.
- Update the programme directory annually to accurately reflect the planned activities of the curriculum areas within your caseload.
- GCSE English and Maths at grades A* to C (or 4 to 9), or equivalent qualifications such as Functional Skills Level 2.
- A Level 3 qualification in a related subject.
- Prior experience working in an educational environment.
- Proficiency in using student records systems, preferably EBS, or equivalent experience with large databases.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
