We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office and Accounts Manager to join our team at Katie Bard (Angela Mortimer Plc). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring the smooth running of our accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and improvement for our branches
  • Property management and reviewing contracts and tenancies
  • Ensuring compliance is adhered to
  • HR admin duties such as offer letters and onboarding
  • Ensuring building management is managed and liaising with contractors
  • Coordinating recruitment
  • Reviewing suppliers and ensuring costs are met
  • Inbox management
  • Post and documentation management
  • Use of QuickBooks to manage finances, report to the accountant on company finances and invoices

Requirements:

  • Solid operational or office management experience, ideally within healthcare
  • Experience using QuickBooks
  • Driven, forward-thinking, and open-minded individual who can ensure best practice for the business is being met
