Role Responsibilities
- Manage task requests and project planning through JIRA.
- Solicit quotes and oversee operational cost management.
- Document and report project planning details to SSTM / Jira.
- Onboard and maintain effective relationships with contractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and maintenance record monitoring.
- Maintain a Permit to Work log for contractors and maintenance operations.
- Provide out-of-hours support for emergency situations and contractor management.
- Prepare sites for adverse weather conditions.
- Oversee the cleaning, facilities, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards for all internal and external areas.
- Support the management of the canteen and third-party security services.
Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient analytical skills.

- Methodical and logical approach to problem-solving.

- Exceptional organizational skills.
