Job Title: Event Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Experience Specialist to join our team at Aquent. As a key member of our international Events team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding, best-in-class events, conferences, and tradeshows that excite and delight our creative customers across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Conceptualisation & Development: Craft and produce innovative event concepts that align with business goals.
  • Project Management: Ensure the timely, high-quality, and within-budget delivery of events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders across the company to translate needs into unique event experiences.
  • Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the International marketing teams and external agencies to implement event plans.
  • Event Execution: Drive the event development process from concept to execution, ensuring effective communication and collaborator satisfaction.
  • Customer & Partner Focus: Strive to delight both customers and internal partners, driving and measuring the impact of events.
  • Support & Strategy: Help define and prioritize team objectives, balancing immediate needs with long-term strategies.

Requirements:

  • Critical Thinking: Strong business sense with a deep understanding of attendee engagement and event trends.
  • Project Management: Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Event Passion: Enthusiasm for both physical and digital events, with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
  • Experience: 4-6 years in event operations, marketing, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluent in English; fluency in German or French is a plus.
