Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales email inbox to ensure timely and efficient response to customer inquiries
  • Support the Head of Sales in handling sales leads and opportunities to maximize revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the Support team to process quotes and conduct follow-ups
  • Coordinate with the Provisioning Team to ensure customer requests are fulfilled satisfactorily
  • Assist in the development and improvement of internal sales systems and document new processes
  • Monitor and update Salesforce data related to leads, contracts, products, opportunities, and quotes
  • Work closely with technical teams to maintain a strong understanding of products and services
  • Identify new customer opportunities through online research, LinkedIn engagement, referrals, and networking
  • Assist the Head of Sales in preparing and writing sales proposals
  • Use LinkedIn and email outreach to nurture relationships and generate warm leads
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline to ensure opportunities are followed up on and tracked effectively

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in MSP, ISP, Telecoms, or computer hardware is essential
  • B2B Sales expertise
  • Microsoft Office Suite or Mac equivalents
  • Salesforce or CRM experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
