Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales email inbox to ensure timely and efficient response to customer inquiries
- Support the Head of Sales in handling sales leads and opportunities to maximize revenue growth

- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline to ensure opportunities are followed up on and tracked effectively
Requirements:
- Knowledge in MSP, ISP, Telecoms, or computer hardware is essential
- B2B Sales expertise
- Microsoft Office Suite or Mac equivalents
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
