The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running and administration of the Assembly department, ensuring the delivery of daily and future production plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Assembly department's daily operations, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement production plans, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
  • Manage and develop a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment.
