Job Title: Assembly Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the Assembly department at a leading manufacturer of cabling systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running and administration of the Assembly department, ensuring the delivery of daily and future production plans in collaboration with the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production process to meet quality and productivity targets
  • Manage the Assembly department budget and resources
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a production management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
