Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process and check data and queries by following established procedures and meeting agreed deadlines.
  • Support less experienced colleagues by reviewing files and reports in line with standard operating procedures and agreed deadlines.
  • Plan, prioritize, and deliver assigned project activities for each client, including client project reporting.
  • Generate reports and additional information required for client meetings.
  • Review project tracker and ensure all daily, monthly, and annual processes are completed.

  • Contribute to the team, supporting the rest of the team based on their needs (a buddy to less experienced colleagues and supporting more senior colleagues).
  • Review and update procedures and documentation.
  • Maintain required technical knowledge and behavioral standards, especially all regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by your manager.
  • Provide project support to the member events teams (inclusive of revenue & non-revenue generating work).
  • Have an awareness of the proportion of time spent on chargeable activities.
  • Review the mailbox and work allocation tool and adhere to the timescales set for all tasks.
  • Follow processes and update controls.
  • Be responsible for personal compliance with Aon's project management and approval procedures.
What Sets This Opportunity Apart

As a Pensions Solutions Specialist, you will have the opportunity to interact with a wide range of colleagues and teams across our Pensions Administration business. You'll work on your own workload and will be given opportunities to progress and develop your career within our pensions team.

Your delivery will directly contribute to the 'Aon Story'. Having a strong network of colleagues for support is pivotal for your individual development, and your network of colleagues will naturally increase rapidly from day one.

Individual development within the role will be fast-paced, with new and interesting challenges presenting themselves through changes in pensions legislation and industry initiatives.

Requirements
  • Be proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to own and deliver the best solutions for Aon.
  • Have previous experience of pensions data analysis and pensions admin systems, and/or pensions benefit administration.
