Pension Development Specialist

Aon is seeking a Pension Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for improving the colleague experience at Aon by developing talent at all levels to maximize our potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain our new joiner induction program, keeping on top of industry changes to ensure training remains relevant.
  • Analyze performance and quality data to drive training and performance priorities.
  • Design and deliver all colleague training and development on industry changes and projects.
  • Provide mentor support to managers and junior colleagues.
  • Support performance feedback conversations and gather 360 feedback on colleague performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in pensions is preferred but not essential.
  • A background in coaching, mentoring, and colleague development would be highly beneficial.
  • Proven record of problem-solving and a strong focus on solutions and delivery.
  • Highly organized and able to demonstrate keen attention to record keeping.
