Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Community Nursing Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team within the Wokingham Community Nursing Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses and provide clinical leadership in the community
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients with complex nursing needs
  • Manage a caseload of patients and provide regular reviews and assessments
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Recruit, select, and develop staff to meet the needs of the service

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse - Adult qualification and NMC registration
  • Experience of leading a team and providing clinical leadership in a community setting
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans for patients with complex nursing needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
