Regional Training Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Trainer to join our Learning & Development Team at Tenpin. As a Regional Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training programs to our teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our teams, using a blended learning approach that incorporates digital tools, workshops, and coaching.
- Work closely with managers to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Monitor and review trainee progress, providing feedback and measuring outcomes to enhance the training.
- Conduct site-based observation visits to identify training needs and uphold company standards.
- Manage administrative tasks to maintain accurate training records and systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to design engaging training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload, with a flexible approach to working hours and days.
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office and experience with digital tools and resources for training.
