About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Trainer to join our Learning & Development Team at Tenpin. As a Regional Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training programs to our teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our teams, including workshops, coaching, and digital tools.
  • Work closely with managers to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Monitor and review trainee progress, providing feedback and measuring outcomes to enhance the training.
  • Conduct site-based observation visits to identify training needs and uphold company standards.
  • Manage administrative tasks to maintain accurate training records and systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on adult learning and coaching.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in identifying and designing training courses, materials, and workbooks.
  • Proven track record of achieving objectives.
