We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team at Bretton Park Healthcare. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of nursing services to patients, including health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide routine and emergency nursing care to patients
- Conduct health assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Registered Nurse (Nursing and Midwifery Council) qualification
- Experience in primary care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
