As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing existing supplier relationships, identifying new supplier relationships, maintaining compliance with all policies, and receiving enquiries from the Customer Service Executives and other internal personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage existing supplier relationships
* Identify new supplier relationships
* Maintain compliance with all policies
* Receive enquiries from the Customer Service Executives and other internal personnel
* Create estimates for potential jobs and tenders
* Raise official Works Orders for production jobs using business management systems
* Source and raise Purchase Orders for any Materials, Consumables, Items and Services required for production jobs
* Internal liaison with our sales, QA, logistics, production, planning and finance departments to collate requisite job information
Requirements:
* Experience in a procurement role
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work well in a team
