Procurement Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Huntress Search Ltd. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing existing supplier relationships, identifying new supplier relationships, and maintaining compliance with all policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
  • Identify new supplier relationships to meet business needs and drive cost savings.
  • Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures to ensure a smooth procurement process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and create estimates for potential jobs and tenders.
  • Raise official Works Orders for production jobs using business management systems.
  • Sourcing and raising of Purchase Orders for any Materials, Consumables, Items, and Services required for production jobs.
  • Internal liaison with sales, QA, logistics, production, planning, and finance departments to collate requisite job information.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a procurement role with a strong understanding of procurement processes and policies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
