About the Role

NHS Professionals Limited is seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Nurse to join our team. As a Community Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, arranging diagnostic tests as necessary
  • Recognize and respond to deterioration in patient physical or mental condition, taking appropriate action and escalating concerns when necessary
  • Manage emergency situations effectively, displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision-making skills
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices and comply with NMC Professional Registration

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a car
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and ongoing professional development
