Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes, working closely with community nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide wound care, medications, end-of-life care, and continence care, as required.
- Participate in comprehensive induction to support your transition into community working.
We are looking for a qualified Nursing Associate with a Foundation Degree and relevant experience in teams under appropriate supervision. You should have a strong understanding of the NMC professional standards for practice and be able to act in line with them.
You will be an open-minded individual who treats colleagues and the general public with dignity and respect. A car driver or owner is also essential for this role.
