We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to our team of lawyers. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for managing our office operations, ensuring the smooth running of our daily activities, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with reception duties, including greeting clients and visitors
- Managing our diary system, ensuring that appointments and meetings are scheduled and confirmed
