Job Title: Admin Team Manager

Our client, a leading legal services provider, is seeking an experienced Admin Team Manager to lead their administrative team in Farnborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions, and contributing to the department's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and data.
  • Diary management and scheduling for the Head of Department.
  • Assistance with complaint processing and billing.
  • Liaising with Accounts to ensure accurate data and forecasts.
  • Leading administration meetings and providing feedback to the Head of Department.
  • Coordinating business development meetings and reporting to the Head of Department and Business Relationships Manager.
  • Assisting with debt reduction and working with fee earners to resolve issues.
  • Ensuring accurate WIP and writing off where necessary.
  • Collaborating with support staff to close and archive files.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Head of Department and Employment team.
  • Performing ad hoc assistant duties and holiday cover.
  • Providing updates on billing and performing the Compliance Ambassador role.
Requirements:
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
