TSR Legal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Property Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the Commercial Property team, you will provide comprehensive business support to the Partners and fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the file opening process for the team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Address administrative and business support needs for fee earners, anticipating team requirements where possible.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial transactions, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Draft and format letters, documents, and forms, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proactively manage diaries for assigned fee earners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a legal or professional services environment, with a strong understanding of commercial property law.
  • Excellent legal administration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Familiarity with case management systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Broad knowledge of administrative tasks within legal practices, with a focus on commercial property.
