Job Summary

TSR Legal is seeking a highly skilled and organized Legal Support Specialist to join their Commercial Property team. As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive business support to the Partners and fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File Management: Manage the file opening process for the team, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Administrative Support: Address administrative and business support needs for fee earners, anticipating team requirements where possible.
  • Financial Transactions: Assist with the preparation of financial transactions as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and format letters, documents, and forms, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Diary Management: Proactively manage diaries for assigned fee earners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a legal or professional services environment, with a strong understanding of administrative tasks and procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent legal administration skills, familiarity with case management systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
