Requirements:
- 5+ years of operational management experience.

- Expertise in strategic planning and business analysis.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly organized with strong motivation and drive.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and foster strong relationships.
- Skilled in managing change effectively and working efficiently in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial experience since leaving the military.
- Strong maritime background from an engineering discipline in the Royal Navy or similar.
