We are seeking a seasoned professional in compensation and benefits to join our Human Resources team, focusing on our E&A offices as a Compensation and Benefits Manager. This position is pivotal in overseeing the comprehensive benefits enrollment, management, and compliance processes, which includes integrating ICF's reward strategy, developing market insights, analyzing salary surveys, and assisting with our compensation frameworks and benchmark evaluations.

The Compensation and Benefits Manager will play a crucial role in employee communication and will handle all inquiries related to our benefits offerings, documentation, policies, reporting & metrics, audits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Benefits Management: Oversee the administration of benefit programs (such as Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Cycle to Work, Childcare Vouchers, etc.). Collaborate with internal departments regarding benefit costs and annual renewal expenses. Address employee benefit inquiries, including organizing appropriate communications around changes to offerings and new benefits. Continuously monitor and assess the company's benefits programs, ensuring they comply with current legislation, trends, practices, and costs. Engage with market vendors for renewals, benefit inquiries, and employee issue resolution. Manage data requirements gathering, file validation/submission, and testing processes for compensation tools and benefits vendors/platforms. Support Finance and Accounting teams in annual benefits fringe calculations and reporting. E&A Compensation and Benefits Team Leadership: Supervise Compensation and Benefits professionals in Belgium and India. Stay informed on compensation and benefits matters supported by the team, leveraging their expertise to assist in region-wide initiatives. Pension Management: Oversee the monthly processing of UK pension contributions using our provider's system alongside internal payroll reports. Respond to employee inquiries regarding pensions and manage changes to contributions, opt-in/opt-out requests, and other ad hoc issues. Compensation Analysis: Monitor internal equity and external benchmarks, keeping abreast of UK legislation regarding compensation and benefits. Assist Leaders and Managers with compensation-related queries/issues (internal equity assessments, new hire offers, sign-on/retention bonuses). Process Responsibilities: Utilize knowledge and skills to support tasks related to all compensation disciplines, including market intelligence, rewards planning, and compensation ranges and benchmarks. Rewards Planning: Conduct standard/periodic reporting and analytics as well as year-end annual reporting and analytics. Collaborate on local compensation guidelines, salary ranges, merit/promotion metrics, etc. Execute ad-hoc reporting for special projects and research salary benchmarks. Market Intelligence: Manage the survey selection process, including job matching guidelines review/update and market data procurement. Analyze and report market data using salary survey tools. Participate in webinars conducted by vendor companies and consultants to stay updated on data and market practices.

Basic Requirements:

Interact with stakeholders/vendors and escalate issues as necessary. Adhere to standard internal procedures to enhance the quality of services/benefits provided to employees. Proactively suggest process improvements by offering implementable solutions for process delivery. Share knowledge and best practices with team members related to specialization.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits within high-growth organizations. Familiarity with Radford, WTW, and other published surveys. Working knowledge of equity for public companies. Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and written/verbal communication skills. Proven ability to transition programs from concept to successful implementation. Capacity to handle confidential employee information with discretion and sound judgment. Proactive, collaborative team member with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency. Experience with Workday is preferred. Proficiency in MS-Excel, Google Sheets, etc. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
