We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Desford, Leicestershire. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, part-time work setting and enjoys the challenge of sales.
About the CompanyExitile Access Ltd, established in 2012, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality access panels and riser doors, renowned for its innovative products and excellent customer service.
Key Benefits- Competitive hourly rate of £11.44, plus 2% of the profit on converted quotation
- Realistic addition earnings of an extra £10k-£30K OTE on top of the basic wage
- Flexible working hours: roughly 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with the potential for full-time for those that would prefer it
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and birthday off, with an additional day for every five years of service (up to 30 days)
- No weekend or bank holiday work
- Free parking and frequent paid staff events, including "Food Fridays" with paid food
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for conducting approximately 30 calls a day to buyers, estimators, Quantity Surveyors and Contract Managers. You will use our CRM system to manage customer relationships and log prospects. You will also fact-find to identify decision-makers and schedule meetings for field sales reps. Additionally, you will make video emails to accompany the quotation.
Requirements- Strong and confident telephone manner
- At least 1 year of sales experience over the phone; construction industry experience is beneficial
- Ability to use CRM software and other tech tools
- Resilient, persistent, and comfortable making cold calls
- Ability to follow scripts and take direction while being open to new ideas
We are looking for someone who can take direction and follow proven sales processes. A friendly, approachable individual who enjoys working in a close-knit team is ideal. You should be able to build rapport quickly on the telephone.
LocationThe role is based in Desford, Leicestershire, with flexible start and finish times.
