Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Aftersales Team Lead to join our team at Mercedes Benz of Canterbury. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Aftersales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and analyze department performance against budget and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
  • Provide guidance, training, and appraisals to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the service department
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar premium automotive environment with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
