About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Client Services team as a Vice President II in Manchester, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily management of a team of client service professionals, providing quality support to our clients on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of client service professionals to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and experience.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the team, setting metrics and goals to drive continuous process improvement and optimal client satisfaction.
  • Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize their individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively as a team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with an MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of work experience, with at least 1-2 years of people management experience.
  • Experience in an operational area, such as Cash Operations or Treasury Services, is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
