Job Summary

MacGregor Black is seeking a highly skilled International Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our UK and international customer accounts within the beauty, personal care, and gifting brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, cross-functional relationships with retailers, fostering trust through excellent communication and collaboration.
  • New Business Development: Proactively seek and drive new business opportunities to deliver incremental sales and profit growth.
  • Commercial Planning: Develop robust commercial account plans for both sales and investment, aligning with departmental, brand, and country strategies.
  • Account Management: Implement pre-approved promotional plans and secure retailer activities such as secondary display sites, in line with account plans and budget.
  • Internal Communication: Serve as the interface between the customer and the wider internal team, providing regular communication and updates.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in an account management role, with experience working in the UK and international markets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Working within the health and beauty/gifting industry, with a strong understanding of key selling skills and their application in previous roles.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel, with strong communication and presentation skills.
