Investment Director - Debt Advisory

Our client, a leading dynamic and entrepreneurial firm, is seeking an experienced Investment Director to lead debt advisory engagements and provide tailored financing solutions to clients. As a key decision-maker, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm and driving its continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead debt advisory engagements and develop financing solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Conduct financial analysis and interpret modelling to evaluate financing options and make recommendations to clients.
  • Utilize leveraged finance and debt advisory to advance the strategic goals of clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and lenders/investors, with a focus on Private Equity firms.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience in preparing IMs, managing data rooms, financial modelling, and conducting diligence for debt and equity transactions.
  • Demonstrable private equity, debt advisory, and leveraged finance transactions experience and exposure.
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to delegate effectively, collaborate, and multitask efficiently.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as ACCA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in an advisory firm, banking institution, or Private Equity firm.
