About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Director to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the development of quality healthcare services that meet the changing needs of our patients and the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and financial performance of our healthcare services.
  • Lead the senior management team to develop and implement local strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to quality improvement and business plans.
  • Promote and enhance the hospital's reputation for specialist care and service.
  • Fulfill the role of Registered Manager as per CQC expectations.
  • Engage with Provider Collaboratives to drive quality and innovation in healthcare.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a management role within the healthcare sector.
  • Clinical background in and understanding of Learning Disabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a focus on performance and delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical and non-clinical operational activities within a health sector organization.
  • Working knowledge of the NHS and Independent Healthcare sectors.
