About the Role

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Hospital Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong and robust leadership to our clinical and non-clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Assume budgetary oversight and responsibility for financial management, working closely with the Hospital Director to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all service users, employees, and visitors, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements, completing necessary notifications and investigations as required.
  • Oversee and deliver site projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin and a background in supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality patient care and services.
  • Strong budgetary management skills, with experience of financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Awareness of the wider healthcare economy and political environment, with a detailed understanding of statutory regulations.
  • Ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
