Role: Deputy Hospital Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Hospital Director to join our team in Bradley, Grimsby. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage both clinical and non-clinical teams within our dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to all aspects of hospital operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Oversee and mentor a diverse team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, families, and community partners, to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with best practices and regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  • Effectively manage resources and budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence.
  • Extensive experience working within learning disabilities and autism services, showcasing a deep understanding of the unique needs of this population.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving positive outcomes.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, enabling effective collaboration and decision-making.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.
