About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Hospital Director. This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, and will see you join an established Learning Disability and Autism service located in Bradley, Grimsby.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver high-quality healthcare.
  • Deputise for the Hospital Director, attending internal and external meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Provide strong and robust leadership in the hospital environment.
  • Ensure the site is compliant with all regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Complete regulatory notifications and SUIs.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
  • Experience working in learning disabilities and autism settings.
  • Ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Awareness of the wider healthcare economy and political environment.
  • A detailed understanding of statutory regulations.
