About the Role

We are a well-established and successful international engineering and manufacturing conglomerate operating across a range of businesses within the group.

Due to our continued growth and development as an organization, we now require a dedicated Marketing Project Coordinator reporting into the Marketing Manager and as part of a team of 7 within marketing.

You will be working with 3 of the companies within our group providing a range of marketing support and coordination covering the full marketing mix with the emphasis of your duties being communications related.

We can offer a hybrid working arrangement from our modern manufacturing and Head Office sites.

The role would suit candidates who can demonstrate generalist marketing skills in a B2B environment, ideally with the ability to understand a technical product and solid communications planning, social media, and content writing skills.

You will be supported by your marketing colleagues and liaise with Directors across the business while working with the Marketing Manager to ensure the Sister companies get the marketing support required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee digital marketing strategy and execution, including website management, email marketing, social media content creation and management, and campaign performance analysis for various entities and domains
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the companies we work with in developing and executing their social media and content creation strategy
  • Manage marketing projects and campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and build strong relationships
  • Collect, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to various audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and content

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages, including Excel
  • Ideal skills in Photoshop, Reporting knowledge, WordPress CMS, and Google Analytics
  • Great attention to detail, comfortable in communication with a range of senior stakeholders, and basic knowledge of SEM/SEO
  • Demonstrable B2B marketing experience within a technically orientated commercial environment is an advantage
  • Proven experience demonstrating a 'hands-on' approach and a willingness to 'get stuck in'
