About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team at Personnel Selection. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing strategy and execution, including website management, email marketing, social media content creation and management, and campaign performance analysis for various entities and domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement
  • Manage and maintain websites, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns
  • Collect, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, and experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics
