Secondary Teaching Assistant Role

We are working closely with several secondary schools in Lincoln to find a dedicated and passionate Graduate to support children and young adults across Key Stages 3 and 4.

About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for a Graduate with a degree (2:2 or above) to gain experience in the classroom and develop their skills in supporting students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting teachers in the classroom to deliver high-quality education
  • Assisting with the evaluation of individual pupils' needs and progress
  • Motivating and inspiring students to achieve their full potential
  • Building strong working relationships with students and staff
  • Providing support for students with varying abilities and needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree (2:2 or above)
  • Experience working with children or young adults (desired)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students
