Are you looking for flexible working days to suit your lifestyle? Vision for Education are looking for Teaching Assistants to work on an ad hoc basis in Secondary schools throughout Lincoln and the surrounding areas.

**About the role**:
You will be working with pupils to support their learning in Secondary schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas. This could be a role that differs on a daily basis, or you could have the opportunity for it to become a long-term role. You will need to help support the class teacher in all aspects of learning in classroom, and this includes emotional and pastoral support to pupils.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Secondary Teaching Assistant you will:

- Experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour.
- An ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Have good communication skills.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- On experience.
