We are seeking an experienced Quality and Supply Chain Director to lead the continuous improvement of our quality and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Oversee quality assurance processes for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support growth and operational goals
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, third-party logistics providers, and partners to ensure reliable supply and distribution
  • Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services
  • Work closely with the Business Systems team to increase efficiency of our IFS ERP system relating to supply chain and quality
  • Lead regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with global industry standards and government regulations
  • Lead development of a quality-centric culture across the company through personal example, advocacy, training, and mentoring
Requirements
  • 8+ years experience in supply chain operations and quality management
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management principles and best-in-class practices
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain logistics, procurement, warehousing, and distribution
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the company
  • Experience driving an organisation through ISO 9001 accreditation
  • Master's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the life sciences or a related field
