Team Jobs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our client in a Full Time Temporary to Permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Obtain quotations and collaborate with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including managing Health and Safety contracts and routine maintenance agreements
  • Update information on systems and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Follow up on all quote and instruction requests from suppliers to ensure timely completion
  • Conduct site visit reports to ensure compliance and quality
  • Manage tenancies and provide support to the wider team

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in administrative software and systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
