Key Responsibilities:
- Performing various cleaning tasks as assigned, ensuring all communal areas, offices, and kitchens are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Completing cleaning duties efficiently and effectively, adhering to established guidelines.
- Identifying and reporting any potential hazards or maintenance issues to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Managing stock levels and restocking supplies as necessary, while ensuring proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Assisting in meal and beverage preparation, following food safety protocols to meet the needs of our residents.
- Respecting and maintaining the privacy and dignity of all customers.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in general cleaning roles is preferred.
- Experience in a domestic or catering setting is advantageous.
- Possession of a Level 2 diploma in housekeeping or catering, or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
