About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at King Ecgbert Secondary School. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the school's facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order.
- Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
- Work within a team and under their own initiative to deliver the cleaning role.
- Provide excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- The ability to communicate and read basic English
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- A flexible approach to the role
- Be open, honest, self-driven, and determined
- Be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
