About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at King Ecgbert Secondary School. As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the school's facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order.
- Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
- Work within a team and under their own initiative to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Basic English communication and reading skills.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- A flexible approach to the role and a professional attitude.
