We are seeking a talented Employee Benefits Consultant to join our dynamic team at GB035 Mercer (UK) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Healthcare and Group Risk clients, providing strategic consulting advice and direction to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an existing Healthcare and Group Risk client portfolio, providing high-quality consulting advice and direction to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, at all levels.
  • Provide accurate reports containing renewal information, market review results, and recommendations.
  • Liaise with internal departments and insurers to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout.
  • Promote and deliver high-quality service and advice to clients.
  • Update and maintain records on core systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with knowledge expertise by supporting learning and skills development activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Healthcare and/or Group Risk.
  • Ability to consult, analyze, and communicate on employee benefit-related products.
  • Experience identifying business needs and aligning our products to provide strategic solutions for clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • A desire to provide exceptional customer service.
